What you will need to bring to the workshop:
A DSLR kit (camera body and any lenses you use), a charged battery, and a blank memory card.
If you will need a loaner, please indicate on the registration form.
During this workshop, you will learn:
The principles of how to make beautiful images (exposure, aperture, and shutter speed)
How to select purposeful settings for your camera
About the Instructor
Join Ms. Sarah Kristiensen as she shares the secrets of "moving outside the Little Green Box" on your camera to create distinctive, memorable photography! Ms. Kristiensen, 2022 District Teacher of the Year, is an English Language Arts instructor at TGS. Prior to joining our teaching staff, she worked for twenty years as a wedding/lifestyle photographer. During that time, she conducted numerous photography workshops. Working with Ms. Kristiensen, you will have the opportunity to create some practice images at the conclusion of the session.
